The 9th edition of the artch festival will take place October 15–18, 2026, at Espace Transmission (5435 Av. des Érables, Montreal).

Whether you’re looking to start your collection or expand it, this is the perfect opportunity to walk away with a piece of art you’ll love!

The prize includes:

● A $500 art purchase grant
● An upgrade of your ticket to an “Ally” level ticket, including one guest, which grants access to la soirée sympa (festival pre-opening) on October 14, 2026
● A guided tour with a cultural mediator and a meet-and-greet with the artists

How to enter:

Register for free for the opening reception on October 15, 2026, via our Zeffy ticketing platform. Space is limited. Your registration for the opening reception automatically enters you into the drawing.

Only one entry per person is allowed, regardless of the number of tickets reserved for the opening reception.

The contest runs from September 28, 2026, to October 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (ET). The winner will be announced publicly on October 14, 2026.

Contest Rules

1. The contest is organized by artch, in collaboration with Loto-Québec, and is subject to the laws of Quebec.
2. Participants must be residents of Quebec.
3. This contest is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required.
4. To be eligible, a person must register for free for the opening reception on October 15, 2026, via the Zeffy ticketing platform between September 28, 2026, and October 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (ET).
5. The winner will be selected at random, using random selection software, from among the eligible participants. The drawing will take place on October 12, 2026, after 9:00 a.m.
6. A person may enter only once, regardless of the number of tickets reserved for the opening reception. Only one entry per email address is permitted.
7. The winner will be contacted by phone (at the number provided during registration) or by email (at the address used for registration) and must claim their prize within 24 hours. If necessary, a new winner will be selected at random from among the eligible participants.
8. The winner must be available to attend la soirée sympa (festival pre-opening) on October 14, 2026, and will be awarded the “Let’s collect” purchase grant during the event.
9. The $500 “Let’s collect” purchase grant is not redeemable for cash.
10. In the event that the price of the artwork exceeds $500, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference.
11. You may purchase more than one artwork by different artists.
12. The purchase grant is limited to works by artists featured in artch 2026.
13. The grant must be used no later than October 18, 2026.
14. By entering the contest, the winner agrees to have their identity (first name, last name, and photo) shared by Loto-Québec and artch on the web, social media, and via newsletter.
15. Before the opening, the winner will receive instructions on how to purchase one or more works of art.
16. Personal information collected during registration (last name, email address, and phone number) is used solely for contest administration and to contact the winner, in accordance with our privacy policy. The phone number is used solely to contact the winner regarding the contest. The winner’s first and last names may be shared with Loto-Québec to facilitate the awarding of the prize and the publication of the winner’s identity. No information is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
17. Individuals who work for or with artch (whether as employees or freelancers), Loto-Québec employees, people with whom they share a household, and artists participating in the artch program in 2026 are not eligible to enter this contest.
