Drawing the Mind with Danica Olders – (Creation)

This workshop, presented by artist Danica Olders, explores drawing as a means of intense observation and connection with the imagination. Three creative activities will be introduced during this session with the artist: “deep contour of everyday objects,” “routine mapping,” and the “dude” game to create imaginary characters. The audience is invited to participate in these exercises designed to unleash creativity and demonstrate that everyone has drawing abilities. The workshop also includes sharing sessions of the drawings in a spirit of celebrating the diversity of expressions.
