Let’s Collect Contest

Win a $500 credit offered by Loto-Québec to spend on artwork at the artch festival, taking place next October 15-20 at PVM in the lobby of 1 PVM at 1 Place Ville Marie! A perfect opportunity to start or grow your art collection!

The prize package includes: 

• A 500$ credit towards an art purchase at artch 2024 
• An invitation to the VIP pre-opening (with a plus one)
• A guided tour of the exhibits with a mediator and an encounter with the artists
• An artch 2024 catalog, created in collaboration with Pièce jointe

The contest runs exclusively on artch’s Instagram account from August 29 to September 12, 2024 at 11:59 PM (EST). The winner will be revealed on artch’s digital platforms on September 17, 2024.

Contest rules:

1. This contest is open to those 18 years of age and older. Proof of age may be required.

    

2. The winner will be randomly selected using random selection software from individuals who have completed the three steps to enter the contest on Instagram.

    

3. A person may not enter more than once.

    

4. The winner will be contacted by Instagram and must claim his/her prize within three (3) days. If necessary, a new winner will be selected at random from among the participants using random selection software.

    

5. The winner must be available to attend the vernissage on October 15, 2024 and will be awarded the I Collect Art bursary during the evening.

    

6. The $500 I Collect Art bursary is not redeemable for cash.

    

7. In the event that the price of the work exceeds $500, the winner will be required to pay the difference.

    

8. It is possible to purchase more than one work, from different artists.

    

9. The bursary is limited to artists participating in the 7th edition of artch.

    

10. The bursary must be used within 30 days of the winner’s announcement (in person at the festival from October 15 to 20, 2024 or via the online sales platform at artch.org).

     

11. By entering the contest, the winner agrees to his/her identity (name and face for photos) being shared by Loto-Québec and artch on social networks.

     

12. Prior to the vernissage, the winner will receive instructions on how to acquire one or more works of art. artch also undertakes to remain available throughout the Event to assist the winner in the acquisition process and answer any questions they may have.

     

13. All persons working for artch, persons with whom they are domiciled and artists participating in the artch program are not eligible to participate in this contest.
